  1. Valid Proof of NIC Number for Applicants Aged 16 and Over: Applicants aged 16 and over must provide valid proof of their NIC number. Acceptable forms of proof include a valid Saint Lucia ID Card, Saint Lucia Driver’s License, or the NIC Verification Letter.
  1. NIC Application for Registration: Individuals who have never been assigned an NIC number must complete the NIC Application for Registration.
  1. NIC Change of Particulars: Those changing their names must complete the NIC Change of Particulars form.
  1. Completion of Application Form: Ensure the completion of the application form. All applicants must fill out the Front page and Sections 1, 2, 5, 6, & 10. In Section 1, the Local Address should be a Saint Lucia address, while the Foreign Address should be a U.S. address.
  1. Notarization: Section 7 of the application form must be notarized.
  1. Signature Requirements for Children: For children under 16 years old, parents should sign in Sections 6 and 9, while the child signs in Section 10 only. For children aged 16 to 18, the child signs Sections 6 and 10, while the parent signs Section 9.
  1. Legal Guardianship Documents: If applicable, provide original legal guardianship documents for children under 18 years old.

    2. Original Divorce Decree for divorced women.
    3. Original Death Certificate for women whose names have changed due to the death of a spouse.some text

If I live outside of Saint Lucia at the moment, is it possible for me to renew my passport?
