Investment requirement:
The main applicant must invest in a Government approved real estate projects in the country. Depending on where the selected projects are located, applicants can choose from the following investment levels:
€ 250,000 investment in an underdeveloped region (northern part of the country) or
€ 450,000 investment in a developed region (southern part of the country).
In addition to the Real Estate investment, the main applicant is required to pay government fees of €100,00 in form of a contribution to the national special state fund.
